Terms & Conditions

These Terms apply to all enquiries and orders placed with Delivery Tyres (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we supply

  • Trade & public welcome. Some products may be restricted to trade customers.
  • Trade customers may be asked to provide company and VAT details for invoicing.

2. Quotes, enquiries & orders

  • Website listings are designed to be stock-led, however availability can change quickly.
  • Submitting an enquiry does not create a binding contract. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing (email/WhatsApp) and payment terms (if any) are agreed.
  • Unless explicitly stated, no payment is taken until order confirmation.

3. Pricing & VAT

  • Prices shown on the shop page are displayed including VAT unless otherwise stated.
  • Bulk pricing may apply (e.g. quantity bands shown on the product card).
  • Trade invoices will show VAT where applicable and can be supplied to your accounts team.
  • If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you with the correct price before processing.

4. Delivery, dispatch & lead times

  • We aim for fast dispatch, but delivery times vary by product, quantity and destination.
  • Delivery dates are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, traffic or other events outside our control.
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive delivery and inspect goods on arrival.

5. Inspection on arrival

  • Check the goods when delivered. If there is visible damage, note it with the driver where possible.
  • Contact us as soon as possible if something is incorrect or damaged, including photos where relevant.

6. Returns & cancellations

  • Tyres are specialist products. Returns may be refused where the tyre has been fitted, used, or damaged after delivery.
  • Where a return is accepted, the tyre must be unused, in resale condition, and returned in appropriate packaging.
  • Special order items may not be returnable.
  • Delivery charges may not be refundable where a carrier service has been used.

7. Warranty

  • Tyres are supplied with the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.
  • Warranty claims usually require inspection and evidence of correct use, inflation and fitment.
  • Damage from misuse, under/over-inflation, impact, overloading, or incorrect fitment is typically excluded.

8. Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g. downtime, loss of profit).
  • Our total liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied for the relevant order, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Tyre fitment & safety

  • Tyres should be fitted by a competent professional using correct equipment and safety procedures.
  • Ensure the tyre specification matches your vehicle and application (size, load index, speed rating, rim compatibility).

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we use personal information. Please see Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The version on the website at the time of ordering applies.

12. Contact
